Once you have applied, you will be added into our talent pool and should your skills and experience match one of our open positions, a recruiter will reach out to you. We encourage you to keep your resume up-to-date to ensure the most accurate matching and best chance for selection. There is no cost to job seekers. As a partner to many different industries we can provide job seekers access to several types of opportunities. Thanks to this partnership, we are paid by the companies where our employees are placed.

Sometimes our positions fill quickly, or your resume and application might not have been the best match for our clients’ needs. But don’t let that stop you! Check our job board regularly. We are constantly posting new job listings. You can also set up alerts to be notified of jobs the moment they are posted.

The length of an assignment varies according to our client’s needs — ranging from a few months to a few years to permanent placement.  We work to place you in a role that fits your short-term or long-term needs. While assignments are subject to our client’s needs, it is important that you communicate your needs as well with your recruiter.

Contract employees are paid weekly by ASI Staff. We require you to set up your direct deposit either through your banking institution or using a pay card. If you do not have either we can help you set up a pay card through our 3rd party vendor. Please note that we must receive this information before starting your assignment. Direct placement employees are paid in accordance with our client’s payroll policies.
