Keynote presenter revealed for 2019 Staffing World

Every year the American Staffing Association holds an incredible convention and expo and 2019’s convention is set to be the most exciting and enriching one to date! Held in Las Vegas October 15th-17th, attendees will be guaranteed to walk away with valuable content specifically targeted to staffing companies needs, keynotes from 3 real industry experts, networking opportunities, and much more.

This year’s keynote speakers are: Becky Frankiewicz, ManpowerGroup North America president, will open Staffing World 2019 with the keynote presentation, “The Time to Innovate and Adapt Is Now.” Frankiewicz will provide an overview of the talent landscape and how to develop a diverse pipeline of digital leaders. If requirements are adjusted from what is desired for a role to what is required to effectively do the job, she says, companies can expand access to skilled talent and open opportunity to all. Sponsored by ASA corporate partner World Wide Specialty Programs. Johnny C. Taylor Jr., Society for Human Resource Management president and chief executive officer, will kick off day two of the convention with an expert look at the future of human capital with today’s rapid adoption of automation and artificial intelligence, and how these trends will change the role of staffing and human resources in the future. During his presentation, “ShapingBetter Workplaces for a Better World,” Taylor will share how staffing and HR professionals can collaborate to deliver talent and workplace cultures that transcend disruption. Sponsored by Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP. Jon Dorenbos, former NFL player and Pro Bowler and “America’s Got Talent” finalist, has risen above adversity after losing both of his parents at age 12. Dorenbos’s discipline and perseverance allowed him to set goals and succeed as both a professional football player and a world-class magician. Dorenbos will close out Staffing World with his presentation, “Persevere and Live in Vision, Not in Circumstance.” He will share personal stories of triumph, in a unique way with magic, that will inspire attendees to reach for new levels of success. Sponsored by ASA corporate partner Monster.
